This notice covers atlassphere.world, event registration, project submission, and the signed-in members area. We minimize personal data and do not sell it.
If you explicitly join the updates list, we store your normalized email, language, consent purpose and version, submission time, and hosting-country code. We use that separate record only to announce reviewed natural-disaster hackathons. It does not register you for an event, and historical event registrants are not added automatically. Request removal by emailing the privacy contact from the subscribed address.
We collect name, email, optional skills, GitHub username, scenario, track, time zone, note, directory preference, submission time, locale, and country code supplied by the hosting platform. We use it to run the sprint, send event email, prevent abuse, and—only if you opt in—seed a profile visible to signed-in members.
We collect project and team names, repository and video links, track, summary, contact email, open-source confirmation, showcase preference, time, locale, and country code. Contact email is private. Public showcase content appears only after opt-in and organizer approval; public pages are participant-submitted and are not an operational endorsement.
Magic-link token hashes, session token hashes, session expiry, IP address, user agent, account profile, resources, calendar entries, ideas, votes, and judging reviews may be stored to authenticate members and operate community features. Directory profiles are visible only to authenticated members and can be removed.
Vercel Analytics measures aggregate site use. Custom registration and submission events omit names, emails, GitHub usernames, and project names. Necessary cookies or browser storage support locale, theme, abuse prevention, and signed-in sessions.
Vercel hosts the website, private Blob records, database infrastructure, and analytics. Resend delivers transactional email. These providers process data to operate the service under their own security and privacy terms; we do not authorize them to sell event data.
Registration and event contact records are scheduled for deletion by November 15, 2026. Private submission records are scheduled for deletion by August 17, 2027. Approved public project content remains available until its submitter requests removal. Short-lived magic links and sessions expire automatically; security records may be retained as needed to investigate abuse.
Directory and public-showcase participation are optional. Use the profile or unlist controls where available. To request access, correction, unlisting, deletion, or removal of a public project, email alexcastellanos29@gmail.com from the address used to register or submit.
Do not submit survivor records, precise locations of vulnerable people, health information, government identifiers, or other sensitive operational data. Sprint projects must use public, synthetic, or properly licensed sample data.
